Our place is 10 mins walking distance from Mall of Emirates(MOE), with the most famous /b/Al Barsha Pond Park/b/, across the crosswalk.

There's a bus stop down the building for buses to MOE/Tcom/Jumeirah/Al Quoz/ and other nearby areas, and numerous carlift options available, too. /b/Grandbarsha/b/ and /b/Day to Day/b/ supermarket is just around the corner.

This is a 1BHK flat and it is suitable for those who's seeking partition with fewer people in flat. There will be only 3 people in the whole flat (1 in master room, and solo occupant in each partition, so total 3).

The balcony is attached to the partition and can be accessed via the slider door (from both partition, and obviously both side can lock the door individually from their partition so other cannot access their space) & washroom is adjacent to the partition.

Partition is with everything essential you need inside it, single cabinet is provided inside the partition and a double door wardrobe is placed outside the partition with keys obviously for your storage/stuff. And all basic amenities (washing machine/microwave/blender/water kettle, etc) are available.
